Erlina Ortiz

Erlina has received awards and critical acclaim for her heartfelt and humorous plays exploring various contemporary social justice themes. In her leadership roles at PST, Erlina manages programs and projects and is directly involved with their execution and implementation. Erlina believes being an artist is a superpower; she believes in using her powers for good.

Gabi Sanchez

For over a decade, she has worked with multiple influential arts and culture organizations in the city. Gabriela has been awarded for her long-term commitment to art for social change work. Gabriela oversees projects and programs and is directly involved in PST’s strategic planning.

Passionate arts leader rooted in Philadelphia’s vibrant cultural community. Jose has led with empathy, equity, and innovation, creating platforms that elevate diverse voices and connect audiences with powerful storytelling. With a strong foundation in organizational strategy, community engagement, financial oversight, and event production,

Jaleigh Croft 

Jaleigh has over seven years of academic and professional writing experience. Her work focuses on social issues affecting BIPOC, women, people with disabilities, those who are financially insecure, and those who are undocumented. Jaleigh focuses on grant writing, organizational systematization and admin support for PST.
